Hi there! Thanks for taking the time out of your day to tune in, once again.
While working with an OG admin who preferred classic mode to Lightning, we were presented with the challenge of how to rebuild existing data privacy models from the ground up without impacting current operations. This needed to be built from inside Lightning, which is what necessitated us to start digging.
There were extra considerations, such as maintaining an increased standard of data security due to the sensitivity of the information present in the org.
Knowing that the FedRAMP compliance was likely going to throw an extra step into the remodeling regardless of how we approached it, I decided that step would be the last thing worked on, to ensure that it works given the other permission sets. It was also the most important thing in this scenario, meaning there was no way to get around it, we would indeed have to work with extra limitations.
Here is some of the feedback that I received regarding how other admins would approach this issue, mashed into a fun deliverable.
I hope you find this context informational, and I hope to be back soon to provide more content and context about the ecosystem.
